Kate Farnon, VSC Events speaks to MediaFlash about the Point Village Market

We were joined this week by Kate Farnon of VSC Events who are co-ordinating the launch of the exciting new public space in Dublin's docklands - The Point Village Market.

The market is set to launch in May and some of the main attractions will include a series of free outdoor concerts programmed by Aiken Promotions, a 60m Big Wheel (which will be Ireland's biggest) and a giant outdoor screen for movies.

The scope of the market will be broad with 100 stalls, a variety of themes and rotating trades. On top of the normal market hustle and bustle there will be music acts, fashion shows, art exhibitions, product launches, urban sports demonstrations, book & comic fairs, vinyl record conventions, antiques shows and much more.
